Gaming equipment supplier Zitro has launched “Khepri’s Reelic”, a new slot game series featuring two titles, “Amon” and “Ra”, on the company’s FANTASY cabinet. The new product, showcased earlier this month at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States, features an Egyptian-inspired theme and a bonus mechanic centred on a three-coloured scarab, according to a Wednesday press release. The gaming supplier said the scarab, featuring red, green and blue elements, can activate a “Bonus Reelic” feature, which incorporates a giant reel positioned above the main game. Each activated colour unlocks different features during the bonus round, including prize enhancements and additional spins. The company said the bonus game was designed to guarantee access to all its features, with the giant reel serving as the central element of the gameplay. The company has not specified in its latest announcement the markets where Khepri’s Reelic will initially be deployed. The launch follows Zitro’s presentation of several new slot titles for its FANTASY and CONCEPT cabinet families at G2E this year. Other games showcased for the FANTASY cabinet included “Legendary Hammer”, featuring a guaranteed jackpot; “Wild Origins”, which combines dragon- and lion-themed bonuses; and “Tails on Rails”, incorporating a bonus feature in which a train distributes prize values across the reels. Zitro also displayed new CONCEPT cabinet titles, including “Clover Paddy”, “Penguin Party” and “Jin Ken Express”, featuring different combinations of multipliers, jackpots and additional spins. Derik Mooberry, chief executive of Zitro USA, said following the trade show that operators had responded positively to the company’s expanded portfolio. “They appreciated not only the number of new titles we introduced, but also the variety of mechanics, themes, and experiences available across both FANTASY and CONCEPT,” he added.
