Tangam Systems, a supplier of business-optimisation technology for the gaming industry, says it has a new offer – AI Assistant & Reporting – using artificial intelligence (AI) large language models and the firm’s casino-specific data models. The new capability is “designed to make casino performance analysis faster and more accessible,” according to a company update issued on Tuesday. The AI Assistant & Reporting product is also said to use key performance indicator definitions and operational context, enabling gaming operators to “ask questions in natural language and receive precise, relevant answers grounded in the data they already trust,” said the update. It added: “Users can investigate performance, create visualisations and customised reports, and automate report distribution across operational, player, and financial data.” Tangam AI Assistant & Reporting will make its debut at the Global Gaming Expo (G2E) 2026 edition in Las Vegas, Nevada, in the United States, running from September 28 to October 1. The Canada-based firm additionally said that Tangam Systems’ range of technology had passed the milestone of installations at 300 properties worldwide. Tangam Systems’ existing products include TYM (Table Games Yield Management) and SODA (Slot Optimisation & Data Analytics). The products are said to provide gaming operators with “actionable insights” across table games and slot operations, respectively. Tangam said its newer capabilities “bring slot, table, ETG [electronic table game], and patron data together to provide broader visibility into casino-wide and player-level performance”. The 300-property achievement comes one year after Tangam Systems announced surpassing 200 property installations. The firm said the latest milestone reflects “both the continued adoption of data-driven optimisation across the gaming industry and the trust operators place in Tangam”. Maulin Gandhi, president of Tangam Systems, was cited saying of the 300-property achievement: “This milestone represents more than our growth as a company. It reflects the impact we deliver by helping operators spend less time gathering and analysing information and more time acting on opportunities to improve performance.”
